BMFA members can pay the annual membership dues with a check, PayPal, or a credit card. Please follow the following directions:
1) Determine the type of membership you want.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP: Cost: $100 Individual, $150 Family
SILVER MEMBERSHIP: Cost: $50 Individual, $75 Family
BRONZE MEMBERSHIP: Cost: $30 Individual, $55 Family
2) Fill out the application.
Current BMFA members should use the Application to Renew Membership form and send it to the BMFA Treasurer. (The address is on the application.) If paying by check, don't forget to include the check.
3) Make your payment.
Include a check with the application, or click on the Donate button to use PayPal or a Credit Card. Please pay the appropriate amount, depending on the type of membership you would prefer.
