My new novel, Birchwood is published and is available for purchase.

The story involves a mysterious giant of a man who has no memory and no past. He meets a thriteen-year-old girl who has not spoken a word in over a year. The two of them share a strange bond that is explored through descriptive winter imagery. It is a mystery that takes place in the fictional town of Birchwood, Maine. I have based this town on Holliston, Massachusetts, the town of my birth. The Bullard Farm is recreated in the novel (along with some fictional Bullards!) The climax of the story takes place within the living room of the main house. I believe it to be a very touching fairy tale set within our very own homestead.
You can purchase your copy at iuniverse.com, amazon.com, booksamillion.com, or barnesandnoble.com. I have mailed a signed house copy to the Bullard Farm itself.
Don't forget Notes from the Element, my travel memoir that describes my journeys across the country through our national parks. The Bullard Farm appears in this book as well.
