Edible Plant Walk and Foraging Class

"Edible Excursions Wild Food and Foraging Tours"

Join us for an introduction to foraging wild foods. This class is perfect for the beginner or intermediate forager, herbalist or food enthusiast. We will identify various spring edibles, discuss sustainable harvesting and local laws, review invasive edible species and collect specimens to study. Learn 15-20 edible species that are available now and perhaps even take some home with you to enjoy!
